  • Booking: Bookings are confirmed only after payment of any required deposit or full fee, as specified during the booking process.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods listed on our website. Please note that a 3.9% transaction fee will apply for credit card payments.
  • Late Payments: Payments not made by the due date may result in delays or cancellation of services.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Service Delivery

  • Artistic Discretion: The photographer retains full artistic discretion over the style and presentation of the final product. Clients agree to trust the professional’s judgment in creating the final deliverables.
  • Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver all work within the agreed-upon time frame. Standard photo sessions are delivered in about 3 days, while more complex projects may take about 5-7 days. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
  • Digital Delivery: Deliverables will be provided digitally via Google Drive unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and ensuring all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for the photography location.
  • Failure to obtain required permissions may result in limited services or cancellations without refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our website or services.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content created by Las Vegas Photographer Services VP, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and logos, is protected by copyright laws and remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and compensated.
  • The website may also include royalty-free images sourced from platforms such as Unsplash. These are used solely as samples of work we can produce and are not indicative of specific client deliverables.
  • Clients are granted a limited license to use the deliverables for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of deliverables is prohibited without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, equipment failure, or third-party disruptions.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule services. Refunds for cancellations due to force majeure will not be issued but may be credited toward future bookings at our discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
