Legal Disclaimer and Refund Policy

Photography is a creative art form, where the photographer uses their professional skills and artistic judgment to capture meaningful moments. By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

A technical failure resulting in the complete loss of data (e.g., all images being corrupted or entirely unusable).

A medical emergency that prevents the photographer from fulfilling their duties.

2. Liability Limitation: The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control that may impact the quality or completion of the services. This includes but is not limited to:

Equipment malfunction or failure (excluding situations leading to complete data loss).

Natural disasters, inclement weather, or unforeseen events.

Acts of God, accidents, or delays caused by third parties.

3. Client Responsibility:

The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions and permits for photography at the specified venue(s).

Failure to obtain proper permissions may result in limited services or cancellations without refund.

4. Artistic Judgment: Photography is subjective, and the photographer retains full artistic discretion over the style, composition, and selection of photos delivered. The client agrees to trust the photographer’s expertise and judgment in creating the final product.

5. Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), the photographer will work with the client to reschedule services. Refunds for cancellations due to force majeure will not be issued but may be credited toward future bookings at the photographer’s discretion.

6. Delivery Timeline: The photographer strives to deliver all work within the agreed-upon time frame. Simple photo shoots are approximately 3 days, while more complex projects may take 5-7 days. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

By booking photography services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
